Random Gushes

Yeah so the Metalocalypse on last night was the first new episode of the season, WOW so kickass!!

Well for the season finale last year their band manager seemed to be dead.....as the tropes site calls him, he's a Normal Badass and how!

Well I was of course very dismayed at his death and they kept up that idea during the first episode, lots of whimpering from me.....and then BOOOM charles comes back, *silhouetted* and SOO badass in his jacket and no glasses.

OMG. So great.

I also like how the show seems to be goofy, but it's just like that because they don't delve into the band member's psyches. Toki himself expressed his sadness at missing Charles, and him being the puppy of the band let himself show it....but I think the band screwing themselves over by buying all the stuff really showed their grief. :) And it was so touching. (They didn't get a replacement manager for 9 months......awww.)

One of the best cartoon eps ever....it doesn't help I have a lot of emotional investment in the show since I like some of the band members, despite them being complete idiots. (I appreciated the muscle-shirt Nathan in the flashback......not so much mustache-less Murderface. Ew.)

Well that's enough of my gushing...........uh new week is starting, not so many tests but I'm gonna try to keep up in Anatomy.

Good stuff for my Star Trek RPG thing, haha I love writing kooky characters.

I'm also glad I'm caught up in my weekly manga (Naruto.) I'm trying to read Ouran High School, my 2nd shoujo series I love and it's awesome. :)

Okay well that's it.....

Oh yeah and after listening to some Spandau Ballet songs/watched some vids, I've come to the concrete conclusion that I love the 80's and that Tony is hot.

PS On a more serious note, got some drama happening in my tight trio of friends...one putting up a front and the other ticked off by it. :/ I'm usually the middle man since I don't offer much critical judgement, mostly observing. I don't like getting myself stuck in holes...
